I recently had an appointment for ear wax removal and would rate more than 5* if possible. From visiting the website, to booking the appointment and then attending the appointment- everything was easy and great. I will be returning and would recommend to all.

Wish I had found Valley Hearing sooner! After unsuccessful visits to the GP about a blocked ear I found valley hearing. Jon was so lovely and professional and immediately put me at ease, he talked me through every step of the procedure and made sure I was comfortable. The end result was just remarkable, I had suffered with partial hearing loss for so long due to impacted wax that I felt immediate relief once the procedure was completed and I could hear again!. Excellent service from start to finish and will definitely be returning. Thank you Jon!

My husband has worn hearing aids for over 20 years and this was the best experience he has ever had with an audiologist. Jon was very welcoming and extremely professional, he was obviously knowledgeable and knew his stuff! He put us at ease and made the visit(s) very personal to my husband - unlike previous experiences. I cannot believe how much more confident he became after his visits. I was also impressed with the after care service that Jon provides and although the aids we bought were slightly more expensive, I feel that the service received was worth every penny. ( I did compare the cost with online sites and Valley Hearing was the cheapest for the aids purchased). I thoroughly recommend this company.

My ears were full of wax so booked an appointment as going through the NHS would have taken ages. Jon explained the procedure showed me via a camera linked to his laptop how bad my ears where. It was painless but the result was amazing, best £60 I have spent. Thanks Jon

My wife and I arrived at Valley Hearing on the Monday. Jon immediately made us feel comfortable and put us at ease. Jon was professional throughout our visit explaining everything with clarity. I had my ears cleared of wax by way of a suction device, not the normal water and syringe method. It literally took minutes to do each ear and the results were encouraging. The both of us were very impressed and will definitely book again.
