So fed up of queuing up for a breakfast item only to be told: A) there's nothing left. B) it's cooking, will be a 10 minute wait. C) we need it all for the Uber & Just Eat orders, so can't make you a bacon roll, even though you are standing in the shop & there's a tray full of bacon. Might as well make this a drive through or app orders only store. Actual customers turning up in the shop are the lowest priority.

Thursday 24th November 3:00pm - went into empty shop - walked past young guy on right replacing stock and went to counter to order a coffee. He walks back to counter, straight past me and starts fiddling with screen with his back to me. Couple of minutes later woman appears, walks to till and mumbles to him she’s going to pay for her food. No eye contact, no acknowledgement I’m even stood there and after another minute or two she disappears. I’m about to complain and just can’t be bothered - turn around and walk out. Drove to Caerphilly town centre (next to Game) - within seconds of approaching counter was greeted by friendly guy who asked what I was after. Decided to tell him what had just happened in Castle View and he was very apologetic and refused to let me pay for my coffee. Greggs are good…just not all of them.

Every Friday morning I call in, there’s usually 4 staff all milling about ‘busy’ and a queue going out of the door! I appreciate there’s lots to do and the footfall is heavy at 9am but there’s no need for there to consistently be long queues. currently one person on the till and 3 others behind the counter! Come on guys!

Decent greggs, clean, fast service and staff were friendly. Sausage roll was warm which is rare these days. Worth a try but its greggs same as everyother ive visited

Won’t be goin in this one again,stone cold sausage rolls and pizza.if it’s on the counter should be hot products,if I wanted cold ones would of purchased package ones off the self and also the milk for the tea ain’t fresh lumpy

Your standard Gregs location. Ideal for people living or staying around the castle view area and don't want to go into Caerphilly town center to get your fix. Not really busy (but then again I never been at peak times) always pretty clean and staff members are nice. Have not had a bad experience

i specifically asked for it to be warmed up waited 20 mins just for them to give me a room temperature sausage roll and my friends a hot one. i am not a happy chappy :(

Called into Greg's Castle View in caerphilly, I had to wait for my order to finish cooking, absolutely horrified at what I saw in the waiting area, there was a delivery guy that Greg's use waiting to pick up his order, in the process he was touching himself on more than one occasion repeatedly, there was more than myself who witnessed this, it was disgusting tbh, and I cannot believe what I witnessed, this person was going to handle someone's delivery order after doing this, puts me off buying anything here again.🤢🤢🤢
