Do not use. Went in and asked for a diagnostics test, i asked how much it was (as they didnt offer to tell me). They said £105 + VAT. i refused to let it be done and walked out. Went to another garage for exact same thing ank said its £45, i asked why so cheap? They said thats the normal price.. i later confirmed it by calling 2 otjer garages for a quote and they gave me a price between £40 - £50. Do not ise these.. they will rip you off! Edit: this is an edit to your response as i cant reply to it on a fresh message. For a start you didnt give me a price, yes you said you could fit me in but how does that justify i came in to make a nuisance of myself? No.. i just wont be ripped off.. thats just me being smart. And you say good luck to a garage who decides to work on my vehicle? Whats that meant to mean exactly? A bit unprofessional isnt it.. i just refused to let you rip me off. You just didnt like the fact i didnt want your service after that silly price. I was even polute enough to say goodbye and thanks for your time, i was there less than 3 minutes. And as a response to the attitue.. i will say good luck to people who want to use this garage as its way overpriced on its service.

My Evoque hasn’t been without its issues(!) but these guys are brilliant. Outstanding customer service. They’re efficient, informative and you can sense their passion for what they do. I’ve been back on the road asap, more than once, and they really have gone above and beyond for me. Took my freelander in for a couple of issues. 1 of them disappeared the day in went in typically but turbo hose pipe got changed over due to a split the same day. Will be going back again. Service: General repairs & maintenance

Prior to delivery of my vehicle to HBH, Barry the co-ordinator was very helpful and obliging with accommodating my challenging delivery dates and times. The work went according to time and cost. However after 2 days following the service my Discovery developed a fuel leak. I reported my concern to HBH and they responded very quickly and a engineer went to the location of where my vehicle was parked and rectified the offending part immediately. Therefore a very professional response by all the team at HBH and I would highly recommend them for any work on Land rovers. Phillip Evans. I have a Brand New Range Rover - nicest car I’ve ever had and wanted a more local Land Rover garage than Cardiff or Newport to do its service every year as I intend on keeping it 10 years! From the moment I walked in this garage I knew it was safe to leave my beloved car and that they’d take good care of it. Lovely chap behind the counter took all the details and reassured me the car would be fine 😊 and it was. Even the garage owner came out to admire the car when I dropped it off and the other owner liked the colour when I later collected it. We were taken there after breaking down. The service was excellent, the staff were friendly and attentive offering us tea or coffee straightaway. They looked at it and was able to fix straightaway. We will definitely be going back to there.

Booked my Range Rover in 5 days in advance and left it with them the day before it was due. One week later I collected the vehicle. Before I took it out of the car park I found that one of the two jobs it was booked in for had not been done, even though I was told it had been road tested and all was well. They did not telephone me with progress, I had to phone them. They did not keep me informed regarding price or length of time it would take. The price was expensive as they only did half a job. They wanted me to leave the vehicle which I refused because it had already cost me a lot of money hiring another vehicle. Very unprofessional and poor service. No communication. I have 2 landrovers which they will not see again
