Newly qualified stylist Chloe was so lovely for my hair cut. I only wanted an inch off the bottom but nothing was too much trouble for her offering layers etc Great price for a dry cut also. Will be booking again when needed.

I've been with Lazarou since I was a child never come away disappointed always love my hair, staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome & at ease. Currently have my hair done with Michelle completely trust her to do a fantastic job every time even if I do throw all sorts of new styles/colours at her she always pulls it off. My son has ASD so I've been to a few barbers before sticking with Lazarou! My son's barber is Declan he is the only person who my son will allow to cut his hair he is so patient, friendly, chats about gaming with my boy he now looks forward to his regular cuts ✂️ 😃 My 2 daughters absolutely love Cerys even though my 1 daughter is also under review for ASD she can be difficult but again the girls are fantastic with her. It was my first time at Lazarou Caerphilly and it certainly wont be my last! -such a welcoming, friendly good vibe salon and very clean!! For a first time client I felt very looked after from start to finish, especially by the lovely Sophie who did my balayage for me. I can tell how passionate she is in what she does and you can see this in my after result! She was so bubbly and made me feel relaxed. They nicely offered me a couple of complimentary drinks which was a nice touch! Michelle was also fab for booking me in, she was very prompt on replying back and was very accommodating considering how busy the salon is. Thanks so much for Sophie and your fabulous team! Visited yesterday for the first time in many years and came out feeling great after Alex took the time to restyle my hair after a competitor left it in such a mess ten weeks ago. Had a cut and root tint with Carys. First time there so was nervous. She was lovely and matched my hair colour perfectly. Had a fabulous cut and lovely conversation. Young lad on reception offered me one of the amazing coffees s they serve and was very professional. Regular place now for me for sure and competitive prices so very fair. Really happy and certainly recommend.
