One of the best Christmas lunches we have had. Matthew and Mason were friendly, made us feel special and offered exceptional service. The food was excellant, well cooked, good presentation and generous portions. Thank you for a fabulous meal at a reasonable price.

Great prices, very friendly service. Food was delicious and we didn’t have to wait long. We had a great evening and everybody went home full and happy. We will definitely be back.

I had my daughter and son in laws baby shower here and I absolutely can not recommend it enough! The food was amazing and plentiful and the whole experience was wonderful!! Sorry but my beer battered fish i can honestly say it was the worst batter I have ever had .There was no crunch , it was a soggy mess .Fish inside was lovely and white .My husband had the pie his was lovely no complaints about that. One customer was clearing plates and washing tables told us they where short staffed .Young ladies behind the bar was rushed off her feet but was pleasant ,with a smile .

Absolutely fantastic 😍. We went for a meal to celebrate my big birthday. Simon was so helpful and friendly, pre-booking meals to save time. As there were several wheelchair users, Simon ensured we had plenty of space. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming and I found the meal prices extremely reasonable.

This was our first time visiting the green lady, we booked a table for five for a Sunday dinner. Not only was the service outstanding but the food was also very delicious, we have two fussy kids but even they enjoyed the food. We all had a starter, main and a pudding.... The pudding was out of this world , the best I've had in a long time, the sherry trifle cheesecake. It's fair to say we was impressed and will definitely be back again. Staff was all friendly and we wasn't waiting long at all for our food.

Two of us went to the Green Lady on a Thursday night for Dinner. Big Carpark at the rear but you have to pay for. The Pub was packed and we struggled to find a table. There are menus on the table with a good selection of typical Pub dishes such as burgers, steak, curry and fish and chips. Orders are placed via an app by scanning a code and entering the table number. We ordered chicken wings to share as a starter, gammon steak and surf and turf. The food was served to the table in a short time. The portions were very large and everything was fresh and hot. Everything tastes very good. The side dishes were also very tasty and plentiful. Because of the football match that was shown on the big TVs, the atmosphere in the pub was very good and lively. I can fully recommend this pub for a relaxed dinner.

Over the past couple of years this has become our regular for meeting up with friends and eating out. Simon, Matt, Holly and the rest of the staff are superb, nothing is ever too much trouble and they're very accommodating. Service is swift and I can honestly say I've not had a bad meal here in all my visits, which I can say is generally weekly at this point. The beer garden is a good size and the bar itself is quite spacious, dotted around the bar there are several large screen TV's to watch a variety of sports. In addition to the bar there is also a function room that can be hired for a multitude of events just ask at the bar for further details. At times it can be quite busy which is down to how popular this place is, but the staff work tirelessly to ensure that service is as efficient as it possibly can be and that their customers leave happy.

A massive massive thank you to all the staff at the green lady for being so patient kind and helpful whilst we had my nephews christening in the function room Nothing was ever a bother to the staff they were on hand to help whenever we needed specially when there was so many of us ordering food and drinks it came fast and was HOT which is always a good sign. Huge thank you to Leia always asking if we were ok and how our food was and if we had everything we needed. And great big thank you to Simone for letting me set up Sunday morning making sure the room was clean and free for me to get set up for the christening. I would recommend the staff the management team and the function room at the green lady to everyone. Thank you for your service and being so friendly to me and all my family
