I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Terrible experience I wouldn't wish on anyone. If you do use Mark for anything, keep good records and get everything in writing. Do not leave him alone in your home, do not pay him for anything you haven't seen and find a suitable professional to check what's up to code afterwards.
