Just bought a Ford Galaxy. Kris was very helpful letting me test drive and look it over at my leisure. Lots of paper work with the car. New mot before I collected it. Failed on the brakes but they were fixed. Very happy with my purchase and the service I received.

Dealer was friendly enough and was for the most part happy with car I bought. However on closer inspection it did have few minor faults which I could I solve myself, but the biggest issue was that they never sent off the V5. Had to contact DVLA and sort it myself which I shouldn't had to do.

Viewed a car on Sunday, decided to buy. Kris told me the boot sensor needed replacing and that he'd do it next day and then deliver, which he did. Very easy and straightforward transaction, no fuss or bother at all. Kris was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. So far the car is great and i would definitely recommend. Thanks all

Cowboys and Conmen. Very dodgy dealership that will gladly sell you a car with thousands of pounds worth of repairs required. Then they will ignored your phone calls and not pay for repairs under warranty.

Seem to be very polite & promising at the start. However once I bought the car, it then had to be taken into a garage before I could take it away with me as a number of things had to be fixed (which weren't done prior to putting it up for sale) I then had to wait a month to be able to pick my new car up. Once I collected the car I found out that the sensors were still broken (which they said they were fixing for a month!) And the car is in a lot worse state than it was when I viewed it. When messaged about this they ignored me. And they have also not sent off for my V5!! Avoid!

Service above and beyond. My son and daughter in law bought a car from this company and, whilst the reliability of the vehicle is still to be ascertained, Cameron has gone out of his way to be approachable, reliable and done everything he could to make the transaction as smooth as possible. He explained any delays (as invariably there would be) and has worked very hard to do what he promised.

Over the moon!! Cameron (new management of budget motors) was so helpful and attentive when it came to choosing my first car and i am unbelievably happy. He made sure it was all sorted professionally for me and even went the extra mile and sat with me to choose an insurance company. Couldnt recommend more, job well done!👍

DO NOT RECOMMEND, PLEASE AVOID . I was robbed of a happy experience of getting a first car after passing . Weve had so many issues with them it’s unbelievable we were charged a higher price then what was advertised on Auto Trader and refused a refund for it, the car was delayed after a failed MOT. They do not fulfil promises & they have the worst customer service , swearing and shouting. They also didn’t send the V5 !! The car broke down multiple times and there was multiple existing problems with the vehicle and it ultimately was not fit to drive after only 1month . We’ve asked for a full refund and they’re refusing and ignoring us….

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! They have lied, ignored phone calls and sold us a dodgey car. Cameron Patterson was very helpful selling it but once he had his money he gave us the run a round. When asking for a refund no chance according to him!!!!!! DONT NOT RISK YOUR MONEY! Buy anywhere else but here.

Kris and his team were very accommodating, sorted out a test drive for us on two cars we really liked. Negotiated a good price and got a cuppa tea! Really happy with the service and the car we bought so far. He even arranged for us to drive away same day and then return within a month to update the MOT. Really pleased thus far, feel like if there were any problems with the upcoming MOT Kris and team would sort it for us.
