Lovely caring vet practice, we dog gets stressed at the vets, but the vet was calm and caring which made my dog at ease .

We had been a happy customer with Valley Vets in Caerphilly, Gordon was our long time Vet before and after joining Valley Vets in Caerphilly. We trusted him so much with our Siamese and also had so much faith with Laura Edwards and Hannah. We were absolutely devastated when Gordon retired and learned that Laura was off on Maternity leave. We had always had so much trust, however, since Gordon had left we were very concerned aside from our long time Vet leaving and having to trust others, we were not impressed at all with the new Vet, I suppose all good things come to an end, we will not be going to the Caerphilly practice again, it is just not the same at all, so sad indeed.

I can not fault valley vets. I moved to the area and tried the other local vets before lastly trying valley vets until myself and my gang felt happy. I clearly saved the best until last. Wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. Staff are always friendly, always make a fuss and put my mind at rest. 🐾 💚
