Very helpful owner dint find the car I wanted but did everything to accommodate me

I bought a car for £4000, and they told me there's nothing wrong with it to find out the car is a Christmas tree with so much wrong I would now buy for there again, I am disabled person and I have a 3 year old and I told them that the car had a new mot, went to take my daughter on holiday got as far as Cardiff and had to tern back no holiday for my little girl another £700

Very helpful and friendly staff, they didn't follow you around asking lots of questions, will answer any questions you have. I bought my car from there and it's a brilliant car and was a good price, had a few issues with it but they sorted out the problems and it's working great again. Highly recommend

Had a car a few years from them. In hindsight it was overpriced and had nothing but problems. I also then had a fixed penalty notice on the way home for front window tints! The rear door never opened and they couldn’t fix it. Would potentially buy from here but investigate the car further first.

Not very cheap at all in fact they are expensive compared to alot of other small dealers , not helpful or friendly cars all had issues when you look closely. Be cautious check every thing is working that should be working before you drive car of the lot.

Travelled on three buses to look at jeep, but was sold. Saw a van which I thought would be suitable, as my partner is disabled, decided to buy it. Paid £100 deposit. Caught another three buses home, told my partner, said it wasn't suitable & was too old , 17yrs. So travelled back the following day to get my deposit back, but was told they had to do an m.o.t on it as it had two split tyres, beside replacing windscreen wipers etc; Needless to say, they would NOT refund my deposit of £100 Nothing was mentioned that if I changed my mind that I would forfeit the deposit !!!! I'm totally stressed by all of this.I can't afford to lose that money.Being a pentioner of 71 years. I think it's APPALLING!!!

Warm welcome, great selection, good prices. The feeling of working with a family rather than a faceless cooperation. Facilities available, which is great relief with little ones. Pretty easy to find and close to a fuel station.

I bought my first car this week from here and they were amazing and so helpful. No question or request was to silly. For a small deposit they were able to hold the car till I passed my driving test. Full MOT was completed and they also taxed it there and then when I went and picked it. Dale was awesome all the way through the process Massive thanks from me and Velma the vitara!

Bought many cars from here. Adam is great, an honest car salesman! Very rare to come by. Lovely guy, will do his best to help and accommodate in any way he can. Genuine guy with a great business with quality used cars.

My wife bought her Beetle from here two years ago. Beautiful car and still just as good today. Very good price, excellent service and a small problem after a couple of weeks was dealt with immediately. Recommended.
